$100 Sanitation Fee
always applies and includes: LPG tanks and fresh water will be full. no need to dump the holding tanks before you return,
no need to wash the "OUTSIDE of the RV" on your return, holding tanks have been treated. Units are required to come
back with the interiors as clean as they were at departure and to my standards otherwise $100 will be retained from security
deposit. Your security deposit will be charged $55 per hour if excessive cleaning is required.
Return full of
fuel otherwise security deposit will be charged at $4.50 gal fuel.
