REQUIREMENTS/RULES
all renters must be 21 years of age
legal guardians must sign for all riders under 18 years of age
riders under
18 must have guardian present during rental usage
all renters must have a valid drivers license
vehicle towing rental
must have proof of insurance and registration
renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any insurance, accidents, injuries,
damage, repair or labor costs
Renter must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms
